Our Going Dark roast is a dark air roasted with delicate and nuanced flavors. (Not rough and blunt like you before your first cup of coffee). The notes of dark chocolate, walnut, and dry fruit will have you alert and ready to LARP in your basement in full kit before the rest of your family wakes up. 

**To brew the perfect cup we recommend 2 tbsp of coffee for every 6-oz. of water**
